Caitlin earned her degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia, where she built a strong creative foundation and developed her passion for thoughtful, intentional design. After graduating, she began her professional career at a high-end residential design firm in Hilton Head, South Carolina refining her eye for detail and gaining valuable hands-on experience before eventually returning to Boston to be closer to family.

Along the way, Caitlin expanded her expertise across multiple areas of the design industry. She worked as a designer for Visual Comfort & Co., a global luxury lighting company founded in Savannah, where she deepened her understanding of lighting design and product development. She also spent time at a local shower and bath design center, building technical knowledge in bathroom design and construction—experience that strengthened both her creative and practical skill sets.

After settling back in Boston, Caitlin was drawn to the city’s dynamic healthcare landscape. Known not only for its higher education and biotechnology sectors but also for its world-class medical institutions, Boston offered a unique opportunity to merge design with purpose. With support and encouragement from her family, she transitioned into the medical design field.

She went on to work directly with NeighborHealth in East Boston and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Brookline. Through her involvement in complex and sensitive healthcare projects, Caitlin developed advanced skills in space planning, project management, and the interpersonal dynamics required in clinical environments.

Over time, however, she felt a pull back toward a more creatively driven path. That desire ultimately led her to launch her own business, where she now blends her diverse experience—residential, commercial, and healthcare—into a practice that allows her full creative leadership while continually refining and evolving her design process.
